The challenge

Making key management understandable to people who should never have to think about keys.

Blockchain authentication is a genuinely hard problem to present. Get it wrong in one direction and you patronise developers. Get it wrong in the other and you lock ordinary users out of their own accounts. Both failure modes look like a UX problem and are actually a trust problem.

What I did

Design the brand and the interface as one argument, and write the code to prove it works.

I built the brand identity and the UI/UX from scratch, ran usability testing with the global design and engineering teams, and translated the designs into clean modular code myself. I also established the collaboration workflow between the Singapore and San Francisco offices, which was what actually let the product move at pace across two time zones.
