Koharu terms of use

These terms cover the Koharu Mac app, the Koharu plugin for ChatGPT and the pages at lastres.ai/mods/koharu/. Koharu is provided by International Design LLC (インターナショナルデザイン合同会社), Tokyo, Japan. By using Koharu you agree to them.
What Koharu is
Koharu is free entertainment. She shows a cartoon character who gets more tired as a session fills its context window. The Mac app reads the token counts that Claude Code and Codex write on your Mac and compares them with each model's window as we understand it. The ChatGPT plugin works from estimates made by ChatGPT. Either way the numbers can be off and limits can change, so do not rely on Koharu for billing, quotas or anything important.
Using her
- Use the ChatGPT plugin only in line with OpenAI's terms and usage policies for ChatGPT.
- Do not modify, resell or redistribute the Mac app. Link people to this page instead.
- Do not try to overload, break or misuse the service, or to read records that are not yours.
- Koharu is for users aged 13 and over.
The character
Koharu Koma, her art and her lines are original work owned by International Design LLC. You may share screenshots of her for personal, non commercial use. Please do not use her to sell products or present her as your own character.
No warranty
Koharu is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. She may be unavailable, change, or be retired at any time.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, International Design LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using Koharu. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and the Tokyo District Court has jurisdiction, unless the consumer law of your country says otherwise.
